Our office is able to assist with any federal immigration inquiries for residents of Georgia's Sixth District. If we can assist you in any way, please complete a privacy release form located at mcbath.house.gov/help.
If your inquiry is regarding a person in ICE custody, please download the Department of Homeland Security Privacy Waiver below and return a signed copy to casework.mcbath@mail.house.gov. The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) and the Judicial Redress Act of 2015 (5 U.S.C. § 552a note) require a privacy waiver signed by the individual whose information is being requested. Constituents may wish to complete an ICE privacy waiver and keep a copy in a safe location where family or trusted individuals can easily access in the event they are detained.
Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have compiled verified records of possible misconduct incidents involving ICE and CBP officers. For more information, including a link to submit your own report of possible federal immigration enforcement misconduct, you can visit the Immigration Enforcement Dashboard at https://oversightdemocrats.house.gov/immigration-dashboard.
