Atlanta, GA — Today, Rep. Lucy McBath (GA-06) is announcing that her office is now accepting federal funding requests for Fiscal Year 2026. To meet the needs of communities across the United States, the House Appropriations Committee accepts Community Project Funding and Programmatic requests from Members of Congress. Deadlines for both kinds of requests are due to McBath’s office by the close of business on April 23, pending extensions from the House Appropriations Committee.

“I am pleased to accept these requests for federal funding in our community,” McBath said. “One of the most important elements of my job is advocating for our district, and these requests help ensure that federal resources are coming back home to meet the needs of the people and community that I am honored to serve.”
