The District Office of Congresswoman Lucy McBath and the Atlanta Passport Agency are hosting a special Passport Day on Saturday, August 17, 2024. This event is a convenient way for constituents to apply for a child's passport, apply for the first time, or renew their passports. U.S. passport holders who will have less than six months validity on their passports should consider renewing their passports now. Some countries require up to 6 months of validity on your passport to enter.
-Applicants will be processed in order of requested appointment time and based on arrival order.
-Please bring passport photos and all required documents and payment with you; photos are not taken on-site.
-All applicants must appear in person (including minors). Minors under the age of 16 must appear with both parents. If one parent is not available, a notarized DS-3053 Statement of Consent authorization from the non-appearing parent is required, along with a photocopy (front & back) of the non-appearing parent's ID. You may locate this form on travel.state.gov.
Same day passports will not be printed at this event. Processing time for routine service is 6-8 weeks and 2-3 weeks for expedited service. Expedited service costs an additional $60.
